The My
Account area of booksinprint.com
gives customers a snapshot of their account, including:
- Customer Name
- Billing Address
- Customer Type
- (e.g., annual subscriber or site license)
- Product
- Whether the customer has subscribed to reviews
- Subscription Start Date
- Subscription Expire Date
- User(s)
- License Administrator's name
- License Administrator's e-mail
- License Administrator's Phone
- Site(s) authorized on the account
- An area exclusively for License Administrators, which they must log on to
Once logged on, License Administrators can:
- update their account information, such as e-mail addresses and names of
authorized users
- create an Order Download profile (click here
for more information)
- create an e-mail address for the Request
This Title feature
- Set the time out for logouts
- Determine which URL your system will return to after logging out of booksinprint.com
- create a Z39.50 profile (click here
for more information) for customers of Search
My Library's Catalog
License Administrators can also view a monthly usage report, which helps them
understand how often people are using the site, the peak usage times, and more.
