How to set up an Order Download default profile

Your Licence Administrator will need to do the following. (To find out who your License Administrator is, select the MY ACCOUNT button on the top navigation bar.)

(1) Click on MY ACCOUNT on the top navigation bar.

(2) Select the Detailed Account Information link and log in using the license administrator user name and password, if prompted.

(3) A new page will display. Select the option to create or modify your Order Download profile. Complete the profile page (selecting your default vendor and choosing to make downloading in these formats public-accessible or password-protected) and select SAVE.

Once a profile is saved, staff users can select Order Download on the Search Results page, Full Description area with its tabs, and the LISTS area to download in the vendor-specific format. For consortiums with multiple vendor systems, it’s simple to override the default if necessary. When the Order Download page displays, choose the Change Format option and select your vendor format from the drop-down menu. The page will re-fresh with the new format.
