From the Full Description screen (any tab), and click on GO next to Request this title as shown below:
Patrons and customers arrive at a screen that lets them enter information so that a library can pull a requested title or request an interlibrary loan of the title. Bookstores can enter purchase requests or special order requests for patrons -- or patrons can enter the information themselves if they have access to a booksinprint.com workstation.
