Click LISTS on the top or bottom navigation bar.
You'll arrive at the list of lists for your organization, shown below.
To open a password protected list:
From the list of your organization's lists, you can open a private (that is, password protected) list by (1) clicking the name of the list, then (2) entering your password on the password screen shown below.

To open a public list:
